This project was the re-design of the corporate Web presence for the Spacelabs Medical corporation. The project involved 5 staff and had a budget of $40,000.
Contribution Detail:
My role on this project was Project Manager. I initially met with the client as lead fulfillment manager, negotiated the project scope, schedule and budget, wrote the contracts and secured the project. I then met with the client and the team to plan the site, coordinated and wrote the requirements and specifications document and managed the project to completion and launch.
