| Habanero was contracted by a large entertainment company to evaluate and re-design their in-house customer service tracking application. Working on contract for Habanero's User Experience practice, my role was to participate in the discovery process, completing a hueristic of the current application as well as interview many of the stakeholders. I then completed a full set of static wireframes for the new application. Habanero's design team then completed the graphic design for the application and handed it off to the company's development team for implementation. |
